Sale has a Gilbert and Sullivan Society, founded in 1972, which performs at the Altrincham Garrick Playhouse. The main districts of the city are Ashton upon Mersey in the northwest, Sale Moor in the southeast and Brooklands in the southwest. It is located on the south bank of the river. Since then, Sale has continued to develop as one of Trafford’s main urban centres due to its proximity to the M60 motorway and connections to Manchester and other areas through the Manchester Metrolink network.
However, when the railroad opened, Sale Moor was close to the train station and became the most expensive area in Sale. Sale is a town in Trafford, Greater Manchester, England; historically, it was part of Cheshire until 1974.
Is selling a nice place to live?
However, you’ll find that average house prices in Sale are a bit more expensive than the current average house price in Manchester. According to locals, it’s the sense of community and neighborhood that brought Sale far ahead of anyone else. The town center of Sale needs renovation, there are plans to build a new movie theater complex, but I’m not sure how well that will go. It was recently named one of the best places to live in all of England, beating out the likes of Didsbury and Altrincham.
Property prices in Sale have risen by around 14% in recent years as people have been displaced from Didsbury and Chorlton. But just like schools, for residents it’s a whole mix of things, for many, Sale has the whole package.
