It is dominated by one ethnic group: The Egyptians, the other smaller groups are the Bedouins, Nubians, Copts and the Berbers. The predominant religion is Islam, then Christianity and ancient Egyptian religion. It is a country well-spoken of in the Bible, where there were a lot of encounters in the history of Christianity. It is one of the world’s earliest civilization home with rich heritage of language and culture. The official language in Egypt is Egyptian Arabic, others spoken languages of smaller groups include Sa’idi Arabic and Coptic.
As an Arabic country, fashions in Egypt are modest and most parts of the body are covered. In some cases, the head and hair must be covered with scarf or hijab, although light linen can be worn because of heat.

ACCESSORIES IN EGYPT
Egypt is a country blessed with so many ornaments; gold, silver and diamond. Some accessories are made specially for some events or for Royalty. These include Pharoah and Cleopatra headdress, as well as Pharoahs’ belt, there are other ancient accessories, necklaces, pendant, crown, earring and hair band
TRIBES IN EGYPT AND THEIR FASHION
The Egyptians
Modern day Egyptian attire may be slightly different from ancient Egypt attire. A typical Egyptian attire include kilts, skirts, cloaks, shawls etc. Men wear aprons attached to a belt or a band around their waist. The shirt or kilt may be short to cover the hips alone or long from the chest to ankle. Modern Egyptian women wear gowns, trousers or long enough to cover their body then covering their head and hair with hijab or scarf. On special occasions, men and women are adorned with colorful gem accessories.
The Croptian-the orthodox- christians
The women do not cover their hair with hijab, and this differentiates them from the muslims. They wear some colourful sharb sheer or black takha. The males do not dress differently from the muslim rather most of them have small cross tattoed on their wrist.
On special occasion like wedding, the groom dress like a priest with a crown, while the women cover their hair with a veil adorned with a crown.
The Bedouins
Women wear black dresses and their head covered in embroidered tiny cross-stitch design. They cover their faces with a veil highlighted in the same stitch and often decorated with shells and coins.
The Berbers
They dress similar to the Bedouins apart from covering of the face. They wear a long loose-fitting unisex outer rope with full sleeves.
The Nubians
The men wear light linen rope with scarf while the women wear a see through gown, scarf or veil to cover their hair, adorned with accessories.

In Egypt wild lives are protected and there are laws of environmental protection. Although the country is surrounded by desert, there is need to conserve the trees and wild lives in the environment. These provide means to sustainable development. Some of the environmental habitats in Egypt include the camel and donkey used as means of transportation, the rivers and aquatic lives, the forest which include the mangrove and rain forest
CLIMATE CHANGE IN EGYPT
Humans are faced with new challenges of survival because of climate change. The result of climate change in Egypt include intense drought in desert areas, storms, heat waves, flooding as a result of melting glaciers and sea rising especially places close to the River Nile. Women are allowed the opportunity to take part in the Egyptian economy, Egyptian women can own their own businesses, own and sell of property, take part in sensitive postions and acquire higher education. Even though the men believe the women basic role is to be housewives.
