Returns, Refunds and Withdrawal

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of the day you receive it and we will refund the price of the goods in full. This is your statutory right to withdraw from the contract and it applies to every order placed on www.jagcouture.com. Jag Couture Limited (company number 13579978, 415 High Street, Stratford, London E15 4QZ) is responsible for your order and your return.

How to return an item

1. Email info@jagcouture.com or use our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

2. We will reply with the return instructions. Please keep your proof of postage.

3. Return the item(s) intact and in the original packaging, and place a copy of your order number inside the parcel.

4. Send the parcel to: Jag Couture Limited, Returns, 415 High Street, Stratford, London E15 4QZ, United Kingdom.

Cost of returning goods

You pay the cost of returning goods to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered. In those cases we pay the cost of the return and will arrange it with you.

When you will be refunded

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing proof that you have sent them back, if earlier). The refund is made to the original payment method and includes the standard delivery charge you paid. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 14 days with photographs and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

Legal exceptions

There are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw. If one applies to your order, we will tell you before you return anything.
